Yes.  Starland offers Ratio Utility Billing at no additional cost to the owner or the tenant.  Our RUBS system allows you to recover utility costs rather than simply absorbing them as a cost of doing business.  Residents tend to use fewer resources when billed back for utilities.  Integration is quick and easy and we use convergent billing for streamlined reporting.

How Do Tenants Submit Maintenance Requests?
