Yes.  Starland offers Ratio Utility Billing at no additional cost to the owner or the tenant.  Our RUBS system allows you to recover utility costs rather than simply absorbing them as a cost of doing business.  Residents tend to use fewer resources when billed back for utilities.  Integration is quick and easy and we use convergent billing for streamlined reporting.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests by logging into their tenant portal using the username and password given when they signed their lease.  To submit a maintenance request tenants will click on the “maintenance request” tab in their tenant portal.

Renters can make online rent payments with credit cards (or debit cards) through our easy-to-use online portal. Renters can securely pay rent directly from their checking or savings account to your operating account with eCheck (electronic funds transfer)—it’s free for you and your renters!
